Tukaree-ঝুড়ি – RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
- Tukaree-ঝুড়ি is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service number +8801812-003388 & email us within 3 days of the product delivery.
- Tukaree-ঝুড়ি can accept any return & exchange only in the case if produc t is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product will be in an unused / intact / sealable and undamaged condition.
- Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice for return
- Postage & shipping cannot be refunded. ( Domestic and International)
- Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Tukaree-ঝুড়ি team and the return decision is sole responsibility of Tukaree-ঝুড়ি Management Team
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
- Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 21 working days.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold. Coupons are not valid on discounted products or gifted products.You cannot club 2 coupons on same order or avail multiple discounts in single product or purchase.
- Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
- All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions :
-Sold in a physically damaged condition.
-Has missing parts or accessories. - The return expenses shall be taken care by the client and the docket number for return shipping shared and confirmed with Tukaree-ঝুড়ি Team.
- Kindly note that: Even though we have tried our level best to precisely show the actual color of the products, there may be a variation based on the operating system you are using and photography. We cannot entertain the return / exchange requests based on the same concern.
- All free gifts or promotional goods received with your purchase must be returned with your order. We will not proceed the exchange if we receive the incomplete return.
- We will not exchange cosmetics goods which are opened. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
- Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
